I bought this to go with my Ware "Premium Plus Bunny Cottage," which is not the hutch for which it is designed. I was delighted that it works well anyway. Although it does not secure onto my hutch well, it is the perfect height, so it does not interfere with the opening of the upper door of the hutch.
I am not happy with the top of the pen. It does not fit onto the pen, it merely sits on top. There are two brackets that claim to keep the top on, but they are useless. I worried that my dogs could easily push it off, so I secured it with zip ties.
In spite of the poor top design, my bunny is thrilled to have the extra space.

This playpen is out in our yard, on the lawn. Our rabbit is an indoor rabbit however in the summer he likes to be outdoors and when we can't watch him, we put him in the playpen. It looks nice and seems durable however, the top of it does not lock on. There are two pieces of hardware that assemble on top, to make it seem like you can close the top up tight, but they don't work. That part is poorly designed.

I used it for a rabbit cage.The lid isn't secure,the rabbits are eating their way out.The wood is extreemely liked by the rabbits chewing habbits.The lid falls off onto my bunny.Its not safe for your pet.My cage os down to screws.

I use this unit for a add on to my hutch I bought. It fits up to it very nice and the rabbits seem to like the extra room. The only thing I would change-add is locks for the top. The ones that come with the unit are not enough to hold them in or keep other animals out. I would recommend to a friend.
