This product has a 60 day warranty which covers workmanship and material quality. We will replace any products if found to be defective within 60 days of normal use. Our customer service department will be able to help you with a warranty claim.

Rabbits have a natural tendency to gnaw and chew on their surroundings. A healthy, happy bunny should have several toys to chew on and gnaw to their heart's content. If the rabbit doesn't have a chew toy to occupy it's time, it will start to gnaw on the wood of its hutch/home. The hutch is not warranted against your rabbit gnawing on the wood.

We want you to be happy! You may return new, unused, and resalable items within 30 days of delivery for a refund; perishable and personalized items cannot be returned. We'll also pay return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error - please contact us within 30 days if this is the case.
