Constructed from weatherproof glazed pine and coated metal bars, this two-story hutch includes a pull-out plastic tub that makes cleaning the hutch easy. The roof has mineral-surface roofing paper. Extra storage space is available in the attic, and it can be filled with straw for better insulation in the winter. Other features include a sliding door for easy access. The hutch is beautiful! The ignorant delivery man wasn't very gentle with the box, causing the corners of the hutch roof to be damaged. Possibly a little more cushion on the corners by the manufacturer would be helpful. When it was all assembled (which was easy to do) the peek of the roof was a little off, but not a huge deal to me. As well, I genuinely wish this beautiful hutch was designed to be indoors! Because of the roofing, my house smells strongly of tar and I'm praying that the smell will eventually go away!!! ;) But all in all, it is what I had hoped, a beautiful, spacious, and functional home for my bunnies! ;)

Product was damaged but is very cute. Had to order a new one and get the parts out that i needed and return the rest. A bit inconvenient Customer service very pleasant to deal with. Bunny however in the mean time has chewed some of the wood. But hutch is very spacious and cute.

AWESOME HUTCH! EXTREMELY SPACIOUS FOR TWO RABBITS. IN FACT WILL . BE GETTING A THIRD TO JOIN IN ALL THE FUN. STURDY, ATTRACTIVE AND EASY TO ASSEMBLE. SPACE IN ATTACH IS QUITE HANDY TO STORE EXTRA BUNNY STUFF. PULL OUT TRAY IS EASY TO REMOVE AND CLEAN. ALL IN ALL A GREAT CHOICE.

I have two medium sized rabbits, there is plenty of room for both of them to stretch have their own space and a little exercise. They stay outside, the hutch has kepted them dry from rain and wind. Very easy to put together.
