Constructed from weatherproof glazed pine and coated metal bars, this two-story hutch includes a pull-out plastic tub that makes cleaning each room easy. The roof, which can be opened from the top, has mineral-surface roofing paper. Removable plastic panes protect against drafts, and the walls contain Styrofoam insulation. Other features include a retreat and door on each level and a lockable hatch with plastic coating. Some simple assembly required. Dimensions: 45.5L x 44.5W x 25.5H inches.

I placed the order with the online service and they were awesome! Was very excited to get the rabbit cage as they were living inside and boy did they smell! Shipped right out and arrived fast (came day after it was promised but that was still fast) - 2 very large, very heavy boxes. Came completely broken (both boxes) - even looked like a gorilla had pulled the metal bars apart - talked to Customer Service and they were helpful except for where she told me that the price wasn't the same as what I originally paid for it, but she would't charge me the extra money ... really??? I mean really???? So - cost is worked out and then she tells me that it's not going to ship out for approximately 2 weeks - OMG! It arrived the day it was scheduled to ship and only had 3 broken pieces - not even going to call the company to mention it because I didn't want to wait until 2 weeks or have another charge on my credit card (yes they charge you for both until you return one) ... this one was packaged much nicer with the pieces wrapped nicely with paper in the box - made me wonder if they shipped out someone else's returned rabbit cage the first time? - put it together, pretty easy - but the rabbits have almost ate every piece of wood that they could access in the cage - looks like I might need another new one soon : ( If I could purchase again, I definitely would look for something with a harder wood - however, this one does have easy clean up
Bottom Line No, I would not recommend this to a friend
