The tray in the middle of the hutch is lined with plastic which warped quickly and not can not be inserted into the hutch.
The bottom hutch is not lined and our rabbit dug out and escaped. Normally he does not dig but this time managed an escape.
The top of the hutch is enclosed on all sides and does not allow for cross ventilation with the plastic roof on top and no ventilation, the hutch was like a sauna even in the mid 70 degree heat.
The first time the hutch arrived the pieces were broken. Took weeks to exchange and get a new one.
I strongly recommend another product.

Hutch was fairly easy to put together. Medium size was large enough for our two dwarf bunnies. We open the bottom up so they can run in a fenced area during the day and close them in at night.

There is no screening over the dropping tray. Rabbit has to walk in droppings and urine to get to small enclosure. Directions were useless.

This bunny hutch looks just like the picture after assembly. The written instructions were not the best, but with the picture on the box, the drawings on the instruction sheet, and a little intelligence, it was easy to assemble. Nail holes, notches, and pegs made it very easy to figure out how it all went together. All hinges & locks are pre-installed. All screw holes matched up perfectly. The finish is beautiful and it is very sturdy. We think we got a very good value for the price.
