The Boomer & George Tri-Level Rabbit Hutch will keep your bunnies, guinea pigs, or other small critters cozy and protected. Sturdily constructed of solid wood with a warm, natural stain and a green asphalt roof, this cabin-style coop is almost entirely enclosed. Six mini doors of wire mesh allow for easy entrance and access. Interior felt-lined ramps navigate the multi-level space, providing room to run and play.
Timber materials used to make the Boomer & George Tri-Level Rabbit Hutch are fumigated at high temperatures in order to reduce moisture content of the timber to as low as 8%. This drying method serves the purpose of preventing premature rot of the wood materials. An oil stain is then applied to the wood parts, as a waterproof barrier. Finally the roof surface is treated with pitch resin which helps to seal the wood and prevent water from penetrating through the roof top.

Received this hutch very quickly. The instructions were very unclear and we had to do a lot of guessing to get it put together. There is not a lot of ventilation on the top floor and also is not very easy to clean. the latches that hold the doors close are garbage they are screwed in any old way and they are not aligned right. All the bunny or guinea pig would have to do is push and it would spring open. We are dissappointed because my twelve yr old daughter saved for a year to buy this hutch. I have reservations about recommending this hutch to anyone who is not handy with tools or fixing things. Definitely needs tweeking to get it the way you want it.

We got the hutch very fast. Husband thought the construction was very poor, and not alot of ventilation for the bunnies needed windows on sides for the summer and more light, the inside is dark. Would not buy again.
