The shipping on this product is slow. the pen itself is made of wood. The ramps up to the levals are held by tiny screws and hinges, with daily use, from bunnies that weight under 2 lbs each the wood has split and I have had to replace entire area. The wire cage that pulls out below is flimsy there is a gap between the wire pull out and the bottom of the first level leaving room for the animal to get out The wire cage (sides)slips out of the wooden grooves we had to use ties to hold the wire cage together. I kept the cage shipping it back would have cost as much as the cage. On a good note my bunnies love going from one level to another, they enjoy the planks and the large cages.

My Bunny hated his old hutch. He actually crewed off a leg. Every time we let him out he did not want to go in. He LOVES this hutch. He goes n all the time now. Its a 3 level palace! Great style, great workmanship, great product. Would give it more stars if i could.
