There were 2 broken parts on delivery but the box was pretty beat up by the time I got it. The company sent replacements out without any questions which was great service. Went together easily. I have had no problem spraying it with the hose and the chicken poop comes right off. You do have to remove a couple of screws and roof panels to clean but then it's simple and the water drains right out. Also bought the matching pen. Really handy that it can be moved around and also attached to the coop. Seems to be well made but only time will tell on that. Like the fact it is eco-friendly being made from recycled stuff.

This has been the easiest to follow instructions I have used in a long time. The photo makes the coop look bigger than it really is, but it is an effective design and fits our 5-7 week old chickens fine with plenty of room for growth. However, if you plan to put any water or food containers inside it will take up a lot of the living space. The only thing we didn't consider prior to was cleaning. The coop sits close to the ground so cleaning requires to be done on your hands and knees. I haven't tried yet, the material does seem to allow for being sprayed down by water without fear of water damage. Overall, good for what it will be used for.

We bought this coop along with the matching pen. We have 5 small hens and they barely fit. It is difficult to clean, has only 1 nesting box and lacks room for them to be comfortable. I am so disappointed with thins coop. The primary reason we bought it was easy assembly, durability and clean up (website says spray with water) none of these things are true. We'll be buying a different one in the spring. Waste of money!!!!
